Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to drive co‑marketing initiatives with merchant partners across North America.

You will plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to grow GMV, revenue, and new user acquisition. You will collaborate with internal teams such as Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns and optimize performance across

Qualifications

• Coordinate and execute full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models; familiarity with affiliate tracking tools.

• Support development and execution of co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Nurture merchant partner relationships to identify growth opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and translate results into optimization actions.
