Job summary

Affirm is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate cross‑channel co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America. You will plan and execute campaigns across onsite placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition.

You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns while navigating multiple industries including

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner or affiliate marketing.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration across marketing teams.
• Analytical and data‑driven with performance metrics.
• Experience marketing across North America (US/Canada).
• Experience in online and in‑store retail marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day relationships with merchant partners.
• Support campaign performance and optimize revenue, GMV, and customer acquisition.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across marketplaces, media, and affiliates.
• Analyze campaign results and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve execution and share learnings.
