Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and other channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition. You will work with internal teams and external partners to drive campaign performance, establish merchant relationships, and translate data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across channels.
• Build and nurture merchant partner relationships.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
• Experience with CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models.
• Experience marketing across North America.
