Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite placements, offsite media, and affiliate programs to drive revenue, GMV, and new user acquisition. You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns, build merchant relationships, and optimize performance across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience with plans and launches across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data‑oriented, with a focus on performance metrics.
• Experience using performance analytics to optimize campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with opportunity to grow partner investment and revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across teams.
• Ability to influence others and coordinate resources to deliver results.
• Motivated self‑starter who shares knowledge to improve how the team works.
• Understanding of the paid media landscape, cross‑media strategy and measurement.
• Experience writing briefs, testing creative, and adapting campaigns from insights.
• Experience in online retail, merchandising, and customer acquisition.
• Experience in online and in‑store retail marketing.
• Experience marketing across North America, US/Canada preferred.
• Experience in home, fitness, electronics, or fashion industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance for assigned partners to drive revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize Affirm marketing solutions across onsite, offsite, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
• Serve as merchant advocate and coordinate cross‑functional teams to improve execution.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans for prospective partners.
• Identify campaign targets aligned with acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup goals.
• Coordinate media plans, briefs, and content with agencies and creative teams.
• Support budget tracking, calendar, compliance, and campaign documentation processes.
• Leverage industry knowledge to contribute to vertical marketing strategies.
