Job summary

Affirm, Inc. seeks a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

Plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite marketplaces, offsite media, affiliate, and other channels to drive revenue growth and GMV. You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Marketing, Growth, Brand, Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Familiarity with CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models and affiliate tracking tools.
• Analytical, data-driven, and able to optimize campaigns.
• Commercial mindset to grow partner investment and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Develop and nurture merchant partner relationships to improve performance and growth.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance for assigned partners to hit revenue/GMV goals.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across marketplaces, media, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
