Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across onsite Marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition. You will collaborate with internal teams like Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Legal to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data-oriented with a focus on performance metrics.

Responsabilités

• Support development and execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels (onsite, offsite, affiliate).
• Build and nurture day-to-day relationships with merchant partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance to drive revenue, GMV, and new user acquisition.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights to improve iROAS and performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans for prospective partners.
• Identify targets based on acquisition and engagement goals.
• Work with media agency, growth marketing, and brand/creative teams on media plans and briefs.
• Support budget tracking, calendars, compliance submissions, and campaign documentation.
• Leverage industry research to inform vertical-specific strategies.
