Affirm, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchant partners across North America.

You will plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive revenue growth, GMV, customer acquisition, and lifetime value. You will collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand and Creative, and Legal and Compliance to

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data‑oriented, leveraging performance metrics to build campaigns that deliver results.
• Experience using performance analytics to identify insights and optimize campaigns.
• Commercial mindset with ability to grow partner investment and revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and coordinate the execution of full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels (onsite, offsite, affiliate).
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance of assigned merchant partners, driving revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize Affirm marketing solutions across onsite, offsite, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve execution and share campaign learnings.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans and materials for prospective partners.
• Identify campaign targets based on acquisition and engagement goals.
• Work with media agency, growth marketing, and brand/creative teams on plans and briefs.
