Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with our merchant partners across North America.

You will plan and execute cross-channel campaigns across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate programs, and emerging channels to drive GMV and new user acquisition. You’ll collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Brand, and Legal to deliver high-impact campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience planning across multiple media channels.
• Knowledge of CPA/CPC/CPL/CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models and platforms.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for revenue growth.
• Ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across channels.
• Build and nurture day-to-day merchant partner relationships.
• Support marketing strategy and performance for assigned partners.
• Coordinate media plans, briefs, and content with agencies and teams.
• Analyze campaign results and translate into actionable insights.
• Coordinate RFP processes and develop marketing plans for new partners.
• Identify targets focused on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Track budgets and maintain the co-marketing calendar.
• Leverage industry knowledge to inform vertical marketing strategies.
