Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to plan and coordinate cross‑channel co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America.

You will drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition by coordinating campaigns across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels. You’ll collaborate with internal teams like Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns, targeting multiple industries including home,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience working with partners to develop plans and launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM payment models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data‑oriented, with a focus on using performance metrics to build campaigns that deliver results.
• Experience using performance analytics to identify insights and continuously optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordinate the execution of full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels, including onsite, offsite, and affiliate.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners, identifying opportunities to improve performance and support growth.
• Support the marketing strategy and campaign performance of assigned merchant partners, identifying opportunities to grow merchant investment and contribute to revenue, GMV, and performance goals.
• Execute and optimize affirm marketing solutions programs across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights and recommendations that improve future investment, iROAS, and program performance.
