Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to lead an emerging partner delivery ecosystem. The role blends operational leadership with partner management and process design to scale external delivery.

You will align with internal teams and partner leaders to drive quality, troubleshoot issues, and achieve repeatable outcomes in a remote setting. Based in a remote capacity, this role commands a strategic view of implementation quality, scalable systems, and talent development to

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in partner, channel, or SI program management, preferably in finance software.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with accounting and consulting firm leadership.
• Hands-on implementation experience to assess quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to create scalable systems and processes rather than one-off projects.
• Fast-paced work style with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple partners and priorities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition and ASC 606 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage partner relationships, including business reviews focused on capacity and growth.
• Hire, coach, and develop Partner Implementation Managers as partner volume increases.
• Define and uphold quality standards for partner-led implementations.
• Develop and manage training and certification programs for partners.
• Address and resolve recurring platform, data, and configuration issues.
• Conduct regular team and partner reviews to ensure program health.
• Create and maintain playbooks and tools for scalable operations.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure partner and team success.
