Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director, Partner Programs, Enablement, and Operations to lead and scale enterprise partner motions from a remote location.

The role shapes strategy and execution for partner programs, driving governance, program requirements, and enablement across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to align offerings with business priorities and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 9-11 years in partner programs, channel strategy, or related fields.
• Experience in software, cloud, or cybersecurity ecosystems with complex partner motions.
• Proven success in designing and scaling partner and enablement programs.
• Strong program-management skills, including planning and metrics.
• Ability to transition between strategy and execution effectively.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a comprehensive partner program framework.
• Establish principles for partner segmentation and lifecycle management.
• Create clear program requirements and governance guidelines.
• Develop frameworks for joint business planning and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program scalability and alignment.
• Define partner-ready packages for priority products and motions.
• Establish a calendar for onboarding, training, and certification activities.
