Job summary

Cornerstone is seeking a Director of Global Partner Delivery to build and lead a formal global program that enables our Professional Services organization to scale through a high-performing ecosystem of delivery partners. This role carries end-to-end accountability for the operating model, standards, governance, and performance mechanisms to deliver consistent customer outcomes through partners.

The Director will establish partner selection, onboarding, certification, tiering, and remediation,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in professional services, enterprise software implementation, or partner delivery.
• Proven leadership of service delivery programs and global transformations.
• Experience governing system integrators or outsourced delivery providers.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Cornerstone's global Partner Delivery Program and operating model.
• Define partner segments, onboarding, certification, and governance criteria.
• Establish fulfillment lifecycle from qualification to readiness and ongoing performance.
• Develop capacity-planning, scorecards, and governance for partner performance.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance.
