• Experience with greenfield and expansion data center projects.
• Ability to manage financial details of significant scale, exceeding $500 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Technical Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Travel 25-50% for on-site project oversight.
• Manage a portfolio of large-scale, multi-phase projects effectively.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet engineering standards.
• Cultivate a culture focused on excellent customer experience.
• Oversee performance management of third-party vendors and contractors.
