Ladders is seeking a People Business Partner to join our team as a strategic partner to Operations leaders. You will help shape workforce planning, drive organizational effectiveness, and translate people practices into field impact across remote teams.

In this role, you will coach frontline managers through complex employee and performance conversations, identify early people risks using data, and collaborate to design and execute centrally developed people programs for Operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an HR Business Partner in operational environments.
• Experience coaching frontline managers through complex conversations
• Track record of supporting business growth in a strategic HR capacity
• Skilled in reading people data and organizational signals
• Ability to build trust with operational leaders at all levels

Responsabilités

• Partner with Operations leaders on workforce and organizational planning
• Coach first-line managers on performance conversations and team dynamics
• Identify early signs of people risks within Operations using data and feedback
• Innovate and execute centrally designed people programs for Operations
• Manage employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment
• Represent People at Operations planning and leadership discussions
• Provide feedback from the field to improve People team programs
