Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in partner, channel, or SI program management, preferably in finance software.
• Proven track record of hiring and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong relationship-building skills with accounting and consulting firm leadership.
• Hands-on implementation experience to assess quality and troubleshoot issues.
• Ability to create scalable systems and processes rather than one-off projects.
• Fast-paced work style with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple partners and priorities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition and ASC 606 is a plus.

For our client, we are seeking a Director of Partner Implementation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This leader will own the partner implementation function, ensuring external delivery teams are set up to execute consistently and at a high standard. The role blends operational leadership, partner management, and process design to scale a growing implementation ecosystem. You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams and partner leaders to strengthen quality, troubleshoot issues, and drive repeatable outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $220,000 – $250,000 annually
