Ladders is seeking a Partner Business Manager to join our client’s team—an IT leader driving partner-led growth. You will shape and execute go-to-market plans with enterprise partners, collaborate with field sales, and drive revenue through a strong partner network.

This remote role requires strategic thinking, partner enablement, and disciplined funnel management to accelerate transformation and deliver measurable outcomes. Location: Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Partner Management or Director-level leadership experience.
• Proven success in rapidly growing a go-to-market channel organization.
• Experience in partner strategic planning and managing sales forecasting.
• Strong business acumen in a high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent business development and negotiation skills with effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Articulate and promote the company’s platform to partners to support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Field Sales to create and execute a go-to-market strategy.
• Develop a network of enterprise partners to drive customer transformation through automation.
• Establish processes to enhance partners’ marketing, sales, and delivery capabilities.
• Ensure effective training and enablement of enterprise partners for sales campaigns.
• Manage the sales funnel from opportunity development to deal closure and service delivery.
• Quantitatively manage the enterprise partner business using CRM reporting.
