Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Partner Business Manager to drive growth with its global partner ecosystem. This remote role focuses on building and executing partner business plans, enabling partner success, and aligning go-to-market strategies to achieve shared objectives.

You will manage partner relationships, drive revenue through channel initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to position Hyland's SaaS solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in channel sales or partner business management, SaaS preferred.
• Proven ability to drive partner-led growth and manage strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary business contact for assigned partners (GSI, resellers, ISVs, cloud providers).
• Develop and execute joint partner business plans to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on GTM initiatives and enablement for partner sales/tech teams.
• Support joint account planning, co-selling, and deal execution across sales teams.
