Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4–6 years of partner or channel support, sales support, or customer account support experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, attention to detail, and time management with ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced data gathering, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to establish rapport and build consensus among stakeholders, with up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic territory support to assigned Partner Business Managers and their partners, developing and executing joint business plans to drive performance and growth.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Revenue Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Enablement to align and implement partner priorities.
• Own escalated issues from PBMs and partners, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to partner experience.
• Lead annual Partner Business Planning, quarterly reviews, and monthly reporting with data validation and analysis.
• Maintain and optimize partner data in CRM/PRM systems to support reporting and insight generation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance team performance.
