Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Partner Advocate to lead strategic sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, and activation of restaurant partners across the United States. The role focuses on iconic and independent concepts, food trucks, and related operators, building a robust pipeline and launching new markets.

You will travel up to 25% as needed and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure compliant onboarding and successful activations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, and related fields.
• Proven ability to build and manage partner pipelines and execute onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty partners across the United States.
• Manage onboarding from commitment to activation and ensure documentation completeness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant onboarding and successful market launches.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to support launches and activations.
• Foster long-term partnerships and monitor partner engagement and growth.
