Job summary

Foodworks, a Compass Group division, is seeking a driven Partner Advocate to recruit and onboard restaurant partners across the United States, including food trucks, bakeries, and ghost kitchens.

The role focuses on building relationships, managing onboarding through launch, and ensuring compliant documentation, with travel up to 25% and remote work flexibility.

This position reports to the Sr. Director of Partner Engagement & QA and aims to expand Foodworks' national partner network.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support growth opportunities.
• Onboard partners from initial commitment through operational launch and ongoing activation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely activation.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to support market launches and activations.
