FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Partner Advocate to recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners nationwide. You will source iconic and independent concepts, manage onboarding from commitment to launch, and coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation to ensure smooth activation.

This role requires strong relationship-building and business development skills, travel up to 25%, and a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify local dining concepts and emerging brands.
• Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and activation.
• Travel to key markets to support openings and activations.
