Job summary

FoodWorks, a division of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Partner Advocate to source and recruit restaurant partners across the United States. The role focuses on onboarding and activation, building a nationwide network of iconic and independent concepts, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, and ghost kitchens while supporting market launches and client opportunities.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven with strong business development and hospitality skills, capable of managing a partner

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, vendor management, recruiting, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners.
• Coordinate onboarding documentation and activation processes.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure partner setup.
• Travel up to 25% domestically to support launches and activations.
