Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Experience Specialist to define, shape, and deliver partner-facing content, materials, and applications as we expand our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of partner programs, enablement, and marketing, driving engagement across Resale, MSP, SI, and technology alliances.

You will develop collateral, onboarding tools, and program initiatives, aligning strategies across global teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ownership in Partner Programs, Enablement, or Marketing in data security and IT spaces.
• 3–5 years experience in partner operations, partner programs, or partner marketing.
• Experience with Salesforce and PRMs and/or other similar systems.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to form a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of Partner engagement at Cribl.
• Build out our Partner engagement lifecycle as part of Cribl's Partner Program.
• Drive programs and policies to scale Resale, MSP, SI, Technology Alliances, Cloud Service Providers, and Services partnerships.
• Develop collateral/documents and onboarding tools to enhance partner experience.
• Lead evolution of partner experiences and program capabilities through roadmap.
• Communicate Partner strategies & events and updates internally to drive alignment across the business.
