Job summary

BlueConic is seeking a Technical Partner Delivery Manager to guide partner onboarding and drive success with the BlueConic platform in a remote US role.

You will serve as the primary contact for onboarding, provide training, oversee POCs, ensure certifications, and coordinate with partners across 20+ accounts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in partner/customer success or delivery and strong martech knowledge, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience driving success for partners, customers, or prospects in delivery/partner/customer success roles.
• Experience with marketing technology and related tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the first two partner-led onboardings, ensuring partners receive support and follow BlueConic standards as they ramp up with client engagements.
• Provide training, office hours, project plan reviews, use-case consulting, and product/service tasks to support partners during engagements.
• Oversee all new partner onboarding, supporting partners in completing BlueConic University courses and hands-on labs.
• Assist, oversee, and verify partner work for proofs of concept (POCs).
• Guide training and certification processes for new BlueConic partners.
• Deliver ongoing training and upskilling for a portfolio of 20 partners.
• Serve as the main service liaison between partners and BlueConic during onboarding, managing expectations, collecting feedback, and communicating timelines.
