Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Partner Enablement Manager to strengthen our partner ecosystem. You will plan and execute enablement programs, develop curriculums, and coordinate events to educate partners on our solutions and initiatives.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to translate programs into tangible partner revenue and engagement. This role supports a remote-friendly, fast-paced, tech/SaaS environment in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Partner Enablement experience (tech/SaaS).
• Experience in a channel sales environment with strong partner ecosystem knowledge.
• Ability to be strategic while executing tactically.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and partner portals.
• Proven success scoping, designing and implementing strategic enablement initiatives.
• Excellent presentations/training facilitation and creative messaging.
• Ability to build close working relationships internally and externally.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter and outcome-driven.
• Strong collaboration and multi-tasking with credibility.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, coordinate, monitor and implement enablement activities to maximize partner engagement.
• Translate partner outcomes into learning curriculums and plan partner events.
• Create content and deliverables for training, templates and FAQs; develop, manage and execute communications for webinars and partner events.
• Coordinate partner logistics for go-to-market initiatives (on-site and virtual).
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop training materials and fill content gaps.
• Align with Partner Enablement Manager counterpart and Partner Operations.
• Work with product management, customer success, and marketing to drive partner-influenced revenue.
• Manage regular cross-functional calls to report on project deliverables and KPIs.
• Define and evaluate information channels to ensure knowledge transfer.
