BlueConic is seeking a Technical Partner Delivery Manager to guide partner onboarding and drive success with the BlueConic platform in a remote US role.

You will serve as the primary contact for onboarding, provide training, oversee POCs, ensure certifications, and coordinate with partners across 20+ accounts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in partner/customer success or delivery and strong martech knowledge, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

BlueConic is an international SaaS company growing at a sustainable, consistent pace. We are building a global partnership program and need a Technical Partner Delivery Manager to empower our partners to excel in their customer engagements and drive success with the BlueConic platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the first two partner‑led customer onboardings, ensuring partners receive the necessary support and follow BlueConic standards of service as they ramp up with client engagements.
• Provide training, office hours, project plan reviews, use‑case consulting, and any product/service‑related tasks to support partners during in‑flight engagements.
• Oversee all new partner onboarding, supporting partners in completing their required BlueConic University courses and hands‑on lab requirements.
• Assist, oversee, and verify partner work for Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Offer guidance on training and certification processes for new BlueConic partners.
• Deliver ongoing training and upskilling for a portfolio of 20 partners.
• Serve as the main service liaison between partners and BlueConic during onboarding, managing expectations, collating feedback, and ensuring timelines are accurately communicated.

Qualifications

• At least four years of relevant experience demonstrating value and driving success for partners, customers, or prospects (e.g., Delivery, Partner Success, Customer Success, or Pre‑Sales Consulting).
• Experience with and familiarity in key technologies and strategies related to marketing technology.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Salary: Annual base salary and target bonus within the following ranges, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, 28 vacation days annually, paid parenting leave, and more.
