Job summary

Deltek, Inc. is seeking a remote US Partner Enablement Specialist to design and lead enablement programs that empower our partner ecosystem and accelerate go-to-market success.

You will collaborate with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to craft scalable learning journeys, certifications, and resources, while delivering executive-ready updates on impact and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing partner enablement programs.
• Experience supporting partner ecosystems or cross-functional readiness initiatives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience creating scalable programs, processes, assets, and frameworks.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience measuring program effectiveness and using data/feedback to improve.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of partner enablement programs aligned to go-to-market priorities.
• Develop scalable learning paths, certifications, playbooks, and resources that accelerate partner readiness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor with recommendations that improve business outcomes.
• Ensure enablement programs cover onboarding, adoption, and long-term success.
• Continuously evaluate programs to deliver measurable business value.
