Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Partner Ecosystem Lead for Platforms & OEM under the Global GTM Incubation & Emerging Technologies team.

You will own a defined ISV/hyperscaler/OEM portfolio, qualify partner routes, and shape joint value propositions to accelerate early-stage technology commercialization and lighthouse wins. You will build route blueprints covering API/SDK, tenancy, telemetry, RBAC, data handling, and partner billing; track opportunities through validation gates and drive

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner ecosystem development with ISV/hyperscaler/OEM relationships.
• 5+ years GTM strategy & emerging tech commercialization.
• 5+ years designing complex joint offers (embedded, sell-to, sell-through, marketplace).
• Strong ability to draft API/SDK, telemetry, data handling blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Own defined partner portfolio and qualify partner models.
• Drive joint-value propositions and partner routes.
• Create route-specific blueprints including API/SDK, tenancy, telemetry, RBAC, billing.
• Track opportunities through validation gates and pilot outcomes.
