Job summary

EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive for its Student Re-Enrollment service. You will own growth by identifying institutional needs and guiding partners through a consultative sales process, engaging enrollment and student success leaders, and delivering demonstrations and tailored solutions.

Remote-friendly; base location within the continental United States preferred. You will build relationships, meet revenue goals, collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas or sales targets.
• Ability to negotiate and strong persuasion skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in marketing, enrollment, or partner management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales motion for the Student Re-Enrollment service across assigned institutions.
• Identify opportunities to recover enrollment and re-engage students through advisor-led outreach.
• Build relationships with enrollment and student success leaders to map goals and barriers.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Share customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
• Meet annual revenue goals via an active sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery teams to grow revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and coach a Sales Associate toward goals.
