Job summary

EAB is seeking a Partner Development Executive to lead growth of the Student Re-Enrollment service for a portfolio of institutions. You will conduct consultative sales, demonstrate value to enrollment leaders, and align capabilities with client goals.

This role requires 3+ years of sales experience, strong presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate higher education environments. Remote options available, with Richmond, VA as a potential base.

Qualifications

• Must have track record of exceeding revenue quotas or sales targets.
• Experience presenting to executives and facilitating discussions.
• Experience selling digital, traditional, or research services in higher education a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and enrollment workflows is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales motion for the Student Re-Enrollment service across an assigned portfolio of institutions.
• Identify opportunities to help institutions strengthen enrollment recovery and re-engagement.
• Build relationships with enrollment and student success leaders to understand goals and barriers.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Share customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategy.
• Meet annual revenue goals through a managed sales pipeline.
