Job summary

EAB seeks a Student Re-Enrollment Advisor, Senior Associate, to support previously enrolled students through proactive outreach and clear re-enrollment plans. You will coordinate with partner institutions to move students from initial engagement to successful re-enrollment.

This role emphasizes structured guidance rather than advising decisions, with focus on engagement, milestones, and data-driven improvement. Remote options within the continental US are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant higher education experience in advising, admissions, enrollment management, or related student-facing roles.
• Experience managing a student caseload and engaging students through multiple channels in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly and empathetically.
• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar processes with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated initiative and ownership to move work forward in a remote, evolving environment.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills enabling handling multiple partner institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students across five to eight partner institutions, with proactive follow-up.
• Develop working knowledge of partner institutions’ re-enrollment processes and resources.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, SMS, and Zoom; use multi-channel campaigns.
• Build rapport with students and understand goals, motivations, and readiness to return.
• Develop clear re-enrollment action plans with engaged students and deadlines.
• Help students navigate barriers such as balances, financial aid, holds, and readmission steps.
• Provide clear guidance and maintain appropriate boundaries; hand off as needed.
• Monitor progress and prioritize outreach based on data and milestones.
• Document student interactions and outcomes in Navigate360 and outreach tools.
• Translate frontline observations into insights for program improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner staff on campaigns and process refinements.
