Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Partner Business Manager to accelerate our partner GTM in the New York Region. You will manage Resellers, SI's, MSSPs, Tech Alliances, and Cloud Partners to grow revenue and pipeline with a strategic, collaborative approach.

You will work with Cribl's executive, marketing and sales teams to identify partners, craft plans, and drive mutually beneficial collaborations across the ecosystem. Equity and remote work are available.

Qualifications

• Strong deal, strategy and relationship management experience.
• Experience with partnerships (Reseller, SI's, MSSP, Tech Alliances, Cloud Partners).
• 5–10 years of high-tech business development or alliances in a high-growth startup.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Relationship/partner development skills with strategic vision.
• Experience with ISVs and channel business models.
• Ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and pipeline generation across direct and channel ecosystems.
• Build and execute a strategic partner plan with key alliances and cloud partners.
• Collaborate with Cribl executive, alliances, marketing and sales teams to articulate partner value.
• Evangelize partners internally and nurture mutually beneficial relationships.
