FoodWorks in the United States seeks a remote Partner Advocate to source, recruit, onboard, and activate restaurant partners nationwide. The role focuses on building relationships with iconic and independent concepts, food trucks, caterers, bakeries, ghost kitchens, and specialty providers that align with FoodWorks goals and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-7+ years in hospitality, restaurant operations, foodservice business development, or related fields.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/database management.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source, and recruit new restaurant, catering, food truck, bakery, ghost kitchen, and specialty food partners across the United States.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective partners to support growth.
• Conduct market research to identify local dining concepts and emerging brands.
• Build relationships with owners, operators, chefs, and decision-makers.
• Oversee onboarding from initial commitment through launch and activation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Implementation teams to ensure partner setup.
