Job summary

LifeMD, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to be the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform. You will answer patient questions, liaise between patients and LifeMD clinicians, and ensure a memorable patient experience with professional service.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, handling calls, solving inquiries, maintaining accounts, and coordinating scheduling with the medical team. 2+ years in relevant roles and remote work are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in related work experience (call center, patient coordination, or claims).
• 2+ years of remote work experience.
• Ability to work confidential and sensitive information.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts on Saturdays/Sundays from 8a-8p EST.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the face of the Virtual Care platform.
• Answer calls from patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide patients with solutions to inquiries they may have.
• Maintain patient accounts and information.
• Work with medical team to handle patient scheduling.
• Provide leadership and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives.
