Job summary

Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide clients through relocation, coordinating moves and providing high-touch support. The role is primarily remote (60-70%), with 30-40% in-person client support across the city.

You’ll leverage Relocity’s software to deliver tailored relocation experiences and reports. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and project-management skills, experience with housing research, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Must have residency in the Seattle area (near Everett, Woodinville or Bothell preferred) for onsite needs.
• Must own a reliable, registered vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible to commit at least 20 hours per week; weekends possible.
• Experience with relocation or personal moving assistance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods and local culture.
• Conduct housing and school research.
• Assist with essential services such as DMV registration and banking, and other logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities.
• Coordinate and lead area tours, in person or virtual.
• Facilitate ongoing communication with relocating employees via various channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the relocation journey.
• Efficiently manage multiple relocations at various stages.
• Update client records and ensure timely task completion.
