Job summary

Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide employees through every relocation step with a white-glove approach. The role is 60-70% remote and 30-40% on-site in the city.

You will coordinate moves, research housing, provide area tours, and support visa and registration tasks to ensure a smooth transition for clients. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in New Jersey, a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle, and exceptional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in New Jersey with knowledge of local rental market and registration processes.
• Own a reliable, registered, and insured 4‑door vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Available to dedicate at least 20 hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transport options, and local culture.
• Conduct in-depth housing and school research based on client preferences.
• Assist with DMV registration, banking setup, and other essential logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities.
