Relocity, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant) to guide employees through relocation with high-touch support, from housing to area tours.

This role is primarily remote (60-70%), with 30-40% in-person client support across the city; manage moves, research neighborhoods, and deliver tailored recommendations using Relocity tools. Candidates should have at least 5 years of NJ local knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and be able to commit ~20 hours weekly, including

Qualifications

• Must have the legal right to work in the USA.
• Must have at least 5 years of residency in New Jersey with extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes.
• Must own a reliable, registered, and insured 4‑door vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
• Applicants should be able to dedicate at least 20 hours per week to this role.
• Must be flexible and available to work weekends.
• Prior relocation or moving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees and understand their needs throughout relocation.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transportation, and local culture to help employees decide.
• Conduct housing and school research, rental trends, and neighborhood suitability.
• Assist with DMV, banking setup, and other relocation logistics.
• Curate personalized recommendations for social, cultural, and lifestyle activities.
