Job summary

Relocity invites applications for a Part-Time Personal Host (Relocation Consultant). You will guide relocating employees through every relocation stage, coordinating moves, housing research, and day-to-day logistics with a white-glove approach while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role is primarily remote (60-70%), with 30-40% in-person client support across the city. Candidates should bring local NJ expertise, 5+ years residence, and excellent communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• Must have legal right to work in the USA.
• At least 5 years residency in New Jersey with local knowledge.
• Own a reliable 4-door vehicle with a valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to dedicate at least 20 hours per week.
• Available to work weekends.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Relocation or moving assistance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with relocating employees.
• Provide expert guidance on neighborhoods, transport, and local culture.
• Conduct housing and school research and advise on options.
• Assist with DMV, banking, and other logistical requirements.
• Curate personalized social, cultural, and lifestyle recommendations.
• Create tailored client reports using Relocation's tools.
• Coordinate and lead area tours in person or virtually.
• Maintain ongoing communication and timely updates with clients.
• Serve as primary contact throughout the relocation journey.
• Manage multiple relocations at different stages.
• Handle administrative tasks and update client records.
