Job summary

KIIN Global is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicer to join our finance operations team and ensure client billing runs seamlessly each week. The role focuses on preparing, reviewing, and sending weekly invoices through QuickBooks Online, with 10–40 clients and 100–400 consultants to bill.

You will reconcile billing data with timesheets and contracts, maintain client records, monitor payments, and support month-end processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of invoicing or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
• Experience invoicing multiple clients with varying billing structures.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue weekly invoices in QuickBooks Online.
• Reconcile billing data with timesheets, project records, and client purchase orders.
• Maintain up-to-date client records and billing terms.
• Track invoice status and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Collaborate with operations and recruiting to verify hours before billing.
• Generate billing reports and support month-end reconciliation.
• Identify and correct invoicing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital records and data privacy.
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams in English.
