Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems in Snohomish, WA is seeking a Billing Specialist to support the Accounting/Finance team in processing invoices and billing into our proprietary system. This is an in-person role requiring 5 days on-site.

You will create invoices in QuickBooks, submit them to customers, reconcile payments, and generate Excel reports while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication with staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• 1–2 years accounting experience
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Must be a team player and self-starter
• Detail oriented and confidentiality
• Experience in telecommunications environment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Create invoices in QuickBooks
• Submit invoices to customers in the proprietary system
• Reconcile invoices and track payments
• Ensure timely billing and receipt of payment
• May perform account reconciliations
• Main contact for assigned customer invoicing
• May assist in project management
• Create Excel reports and worksheets
• Perform other duties as assigned
