You will support multiple clients remotely, handling accounts payable/receivable, monthly closings, and financial reporting using QuickBooks or NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience (accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly closing, financial reporting).
• 1+ years of transactional accounting experience using QuickBooks or NetSuite.
• Experience in a multi-client environment is highly preferred.
• Capacity to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
• Managed day-to-day client relationships within defined processes and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to our clients.
• Demonstrate understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices.
• Support client onboarding for assigned engagements per defined process.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly closing, and financial reporting/analysis.
• Collaborate with manager and team to ensure client delight through timely communication.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships within established processes and budgets.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services or tools to drive client value.
