Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience in a healthcare or corporate setting.
• Experience handling HR administration, employee records, benefits, and leave.
• Familiarity with employment law, benefits, leave and workers’ compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Handle employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation processes.
• Coordinate onboarding and HR programs as needed.
• Assist HR Business Partners and other People team members.
