Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative support across the People function. This role is fully remote across designated states and handles employee records, benefits and leave activities, and HR projects, with strong organizational and customer service requirements.

You will partner with HR Business Partners, support onboarding and compliance processes, and maintain confidential employee information in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• Knowledge of vaccination policy requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and direct/escalate more complex matters.
• Provide onboarding and benefits administration support and maintain accurate records.
• Support HR projects, documentation, tracking, and follow-up as directed by HR leadership.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee records.
