Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function with HR administration, records, benefits and leave activities, compliance, and People team programs and projects. This role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position is fully remote in multiple states and averages 20 hours per week, offering a comprehensive set of benefits for employees.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with benefits rules and regulations.
• Ability to work professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy; all successful applicants must be fully vaccinated, including showing proper documentation, or otherwise be exempt pursuant to the Company’s exemption process prior to their start date as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Respond to routine team member questions and requests and escalate more complex matters to appropriate People team member.
• Provide administrative support for shared HR inboxes.
• Provide timely replies to employment verification requests.
• Supports HR Business partners and other People team members with administrative requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Provides administrative coordination support for People programs, initiatives, and special projects under the direction of HR leadership.
• Provides back-up coverage with onboarding new hires.
