Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time remote HR Coordinator to support the People function, manage employee records, benefits and leaves, and help with regulatory documentation and People programs. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The position supports HR administration, onboarding, and coordination with HR Business Partners and other People team members.

Qualifications

• Healthcare HR experience required.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers' compensation.
• Vaccination policy compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Provide admin support for shared HR inboxes and HR programs.
• Support HR Business Partners and People team with requests, documentation, tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate People programs, initiatives, and special projects under HR leadership.
• Backup onboarding of new hires and maintain accurate records.
