The role focuses on employee records, benefits, leave processing, and compliance, partnering with HR Business Partners to ensure timely and accurate HR activities.

The position is fully remote in specified states and averages 20 hours per week. Candidates should have healthcare experience and familiarity with HRIS platforms to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.
• Experience with employment law, benefits, leave and workers compensation.
• Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR operations and administrative support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Coordinate with HR Business Partners and People team members.
• Support onboarding and benefits administration.
• Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
• Support special People programs and projects.
