Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across the People function. The role focuses on employee records, benefits and leave, compliance documentation, and People projects.

This fully remote position supports day-to-day HR activities, collaborates with HR Business Partners, and requires strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support across the People function.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information and records.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and assist with HR programs and projects.
• Support benefits and leave activities and assist with regulatory compliance.
