Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a part-time HR Coordinator to support the People function. This remote role offers about 20 hours per week and focuses on HR administration, employee records, benefits, and leave activities within a healthcare setting.

You will partner with HR Business Partners and other team members to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance in a fast-paced environment. Remote work is available in certain states.

Qualifications

• Part-time HR coordinator supporting day-to-day HR administration and People programs.
• Healthcare HR experience is preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and customer service.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and employment laws.”

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across the People function.
• Support benefits, leaves, and workers’ compensation activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and record-keeping for employees.
