Job summary

CaptionCall, LLC is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer to help customers with hearing loss communicate using CaptionCall phones. The role involves in-home training, installation, and promoting services. The position is part-time with potential for growth and independent work in Fort Smith, AR.

Travel is less than 25% and candidates should be able to work evenings or weekends if needed. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required, with sales experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.
• Experience working with senior citizens is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
• Complete required reports and submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
• Maintain customer records and inventory.
