Job summary

CaptionCall, a Sorenson Communications service, seeks a caring Installer/Trainer to help people with hearing loss communicate with the world. You will train customers in-home on how to use the CaptionCall phone and its features, delivering excellent service and support.

This is a part-time role with potential for growth; travel is required less than 25%, and evenings/weekends may be necessary to accommodate customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid and support local installations and events.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
• Submit invoices and feedback on customer interactions.
